the wardrobe/closet was the smallest i have ever encountered in a hotel, but the most serious problem was its proximity to the door, it became stuck - unable to open hence I could not exit my room, - if there had been a fire, i would have died, so not great, the safe did not work, they forgot to make up my room, -the restaurant is a makeshift cafe with limited food and no staff. no coffee and tea in the room, only masses of spirits which they want you to buy at exorbitant prices. a dark dingy small and overpriced room- the room rate changes every day - never down only up. its the closest thing to Faulty Towers, - a UK sitcom about a dysfunctional hotel. the only plus is being close to Soho - Jeanna Morgan

Property was nice. I think it is slightly overpriced for the quality of the rooms- soho grand hotel and a few others in the area are priced comparably and are much nicer. The staff was great and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

Very over priced for what you get, tiny bathroom; only has a decent location. A simple request for room clean up and switch of pillows wan not done by our return at 11pm and we were only there for one night. Disappointing service! Door man Only open the door, No effort to get your bags, very odd!

Thoughtful touches included: - every light had a dimmer switch. – rounded corners on furniture to avoid bruises. – make up mirror and hairdryer that could be taken to the bedroom to free up bathroom. – lots of space for toiletries (huge shelf under sink) – Lots of towel hooks - no coffee in room is a bummer, but free coffee available on second floor We stayed here with our teenage daughter and didn’t trip all over each other despite the room being normal New York City size. Consider that a win. Great area, would stay here again.
