Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This property was a fraud, I could not check in, host was unreachable the telephone number provided was disconnected for NYCshortstays, the address listed led us to an abandoned building. Customer service has been very difficult to work with, no refund has been processed for 4 days and I had to pay for a different accommodation. Horrible experience after years of trusting Expedia.
