1. The toilet was dirty and I had to clean it. 2. When I was laying in bed and closed my eyes to rest, there were all sorts of weird imagery in my mind, especially of people doing weird things; I never experienced this before; I had to keep my eyes opened

Outdated and inconvenient

The manager was nice and it’s right across from the subway so that’s a plus. But the pics online DO NOT accurately reflect the condition of the property. The lobby is small the the leather in the seating is peeling. The tub is too high. To get in the shower you have to step higher than the toilet height. The shower is extremely small and as you are showering the curtain is on your skin (icky) there is no ice machine or iron they have to bring it to you. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. There is a fridge full of over priced booze yet no room to put anything else. The sofa in the room is old and damaged. The Tv has 10 analog channels with extremely slow signal. It’s 2025 smart tvs aren’t that expensive.

This is a small, funky, dimly lit, and very nice hotel. It seems like it was an apartment building that was converted into a contemporary, hip hotel. The location, right at Columbus Circle is excellent. Keep in mind that this is a funky hotel, not a typical Holiday Inn or Ramada. If you're expecting big, bright, generic, this may not be the place for you.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel itself was a bit weathered and could use a bit of uplifting. Otherwise, clean which is critical and welcoming amenities. The location was perfect for Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Central Park and plenty of restaurants and shops. I was unaware of this hotel but would stay again when attending a concert.

“Luxury” LOL

“Luxury” is an exaggeration. Front desk blond female appeared annoyed to be doing her job. The room was tiny and there was black hair on the bathroom sink. There was a lack of easy plugins to charge devices and the mini-bar was on the window sill; bottles of spirits, nuts and other snacks. The tub and sink were plugged and water was very slow to drain. I wouldn’t stay there again.
