There’s a Roomba iRobot vacuum to help keep it clean and I can offer cleaning services during your stay at a very reasonable rate.
Large bedrooms (~200 sq. ft.) w/large closets, windows in each. dressers, shelves, desk, TVs and dVD players. Full entertainment systems, speakers - multiple entertainment units in house. Linens/towels available if needed. Additional storage available if necessary. The apartment and the bedrooms are spacious and private. The street is quiet and the bedrooms face the backyard. Available for short or long term.

Great neighborhood! close to all. cafes, restaurants, nightlife within several blocks. we're on a private, quiet, residential street one block off Grand street which bustles with business –our location allows for the quiet and privacy of a residential block, but provides some of brooklyn’s best dining, nightlife and access to groceries, delis, etc. just around the corner.
½ block to 24 hour deli
2 blk.s to full grocery.
We do have laundry machines just one floor down in the building.
Atmosphere is Quiet, comfortable, cozy, adult. The Apartment and yard are well kept and serene, making for a peaceful, positive quality of life. We enjoy living here and are hoping for someone who will take the same care that we do and allow the same stability and serenity that currently exists here.
Looking for clean, responsible, professional adults We keep a clean, peaceful environment to which we enjoy coming home. Please do the same. Monthly cleaning service may be provided.
We do not smoke at home. We do not ‘Party’ at home. No additional guests.

I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years, in this apartment for over 10. It is my heart. I've cared for it well and put a touch of love in to every detail. It's home. I expect you will be very comfortable here and hope you will enjoy your stay.
The property is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. I do not run rentals as a business. This is my home, but I no longer stay there but part of the year so I rent through this service to help meet expenses, rather than run a profit hiring out rentals. As a consequence I can offer a great price, but the space does move quickly. I ask that you make only serious inquiries, tell me about yourself and your visit and let me know any questions you have promptly. As the space fills, I frequently get very upset messages from potential guests who made inquiries, but had another reservations block their dates while they made their decision or sorted their affairs. I apologize, but ask that you understand that I choose my guests carefully, but when presented with multiple inquiries from wonderful travelers, I will provide on a "first come, first served" basis.
