Hotel was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Shriya was especially sweet and helpful throughout, especially when we had a vending machine issue. They also have ice cold water always available to you in the lobby, which is extremely appreciated on a hot, summer day. Dropping off luggage to be held was inexpensive ($1/luggage). Definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

Like a Gem in the Sahara!

Wow! This Hotel is a dream come true in NYC a true GEM! For sure we will come back here!! And the price is unbeatable! Super clean and well located. Probably just make sure to ask for firm pillows if you love those ones.

Love this hotel so much! The location is amazing. Close to many places, including Korea Town. The staff are great. Really nice people, specially Khaoula. They helped us everyday. I really recommend this hotel if you want a quiet place, but close enough to time square area. Win win
