Not great but not terrible either. It's the kind of place you want to stay at when you want something cost effective at the expense of some of the amenities of most other hotels.
The room was clean, although the carpet was sus (I recommend bringing house shoes), and the lobby smelled like cat food, but I bet there was no cat. I'm willing to bet that there's folks there who rent monthly, it looks like renovated apartment units.
That being said, the proce was right, and I was close to everything I came back to the city for. If you want luxury, this isnt it. If you want a bed, Roku TV and a door that locks, you'll definitely find that here.
