We’ve just returned from 5 nights and loved our stay in NYC. The hotel was great, not your luxurious kind of hotel and it did show signs of wear and tear but for the price we paid it was fine. The rooms were small but beds cosy so always had a great nights sleep. Bathroom was small but modern. We had a breakfast of juice, croissants and an apple delivered every morning to our room. Location was great, just off 5th Avenue and a few blocks from Times Square. There was a Starbucks opposite which we visited every morning. The staff were always friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned every other day. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, as a family of four we just wanted somewhere modern and clean to sleep in.

It was OK

The room was clean and comfortable though cramped. The location was great and convenient to theaters, great dining, subway etc. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, despite requesting a refresh, and the free breakfast was so disappointing we didn't bother after the first day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely upset with my experience. First and foremost, the service was subpar. The room was much smaller than advertised, and the pictures on the website were misleading. I felt misled and cramped during my stay. Additionally, the safety lock box in my room was not working, which added to my concerns about security. The lobby was overcrowded, making it difficult to navigate and creating an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was another letdown. It was cold and not at all what was promised on the website. To top it off, the staff was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. I do not recommend staying here and will certainly not be returning.

Perfect for a family on a budget.

Breakfast was a simple continental dropped off at each room. The rooms were spare, tidy, with everything we needed. Close to BWay and Rockefeller Center

It was better to eat somerhing different in breakfast. We ate everyday the same. This is why I gave 4 star. Hotel location, room condition was perfect. Staff was also helpfull. I will definitely prefer next time..
