Room was small but comfortable. Not many places to put your stuff. Bathroom was big and comfortable. We were disappointed that we never were able to get coffee both days that we were there. It was never set up or available as advertised

The room is not comfortable. Too small and not even a desk to work inside the room. The bathroom is also very uncomfortable and all gets flooded when taking a shower as there’s no door to prevent it. The staff is very good. It’s.a shame that the room is so small.

Hotel staff were great, very clean. My room was on the 9th floor. No issues with noise most of the time but is close to a fire department so occasional sirens. Booked a ‘spacious’ room which was much smaller than expected so if sharing and like space would suggest upgrading. Good location so overall great trip.

Fabulous

Fabulous boutique hotel. Great service on reception. Beautiful styled rooms with great use of space. Comfy beds and great shower. Location is fabulous close to subway and very central.

Typical NYC hotel room - compact. The staff is wonderful. Great roof top hotel bar. Close to Times Square and Broadway shows but far enough away to be quiet and safe. One site dining is good.

Great place, location for theatre lover.

Very nice room, bed comfortable. Storage is minimal if you have a longer stay, especially hanging storage in a cozy Queen. Staff was great! Shout out to Kassandra! Only comolaint is the half glass wall and no door in the shower. Stall isn't deep enough to keep from ha ing water on the floor. Bathmat soaked even after a short shower trying to be careful of splash. Beauriful theatre theme throughout. The actual Broadway set models on display are great! Great location, service overall. Views are terrific too, even on a lower floor.

3 night stay in mid-town Manhattan

We had a 3 night stay in the hotel. Rooms are very small which is probably par for the location. Staff friendly. Nice rooftop bar but no complimentary breakfast except coffee. If you have a lot of luggage you’d be out of luck but other than the size the hotel Is somewhat quaint and nice. Great location
