The hotel is extremely convenient, particularly when flying into JFK and taking the train to Grand Central (way cheaper and even easier than Lyft or Uber). And the hotel puts you near everything in Manhattan by either walking or taking the subway from Grand Central. We were greeted by an extremely friendly front desk crew who were happy to store our luggage until our room was ready. They encouraged us to enjoy coffee in the top floor lounge. While our room was small (not by NYC standards), it had a nice setup with a wardrobe, lounge chair that could be a small bed and a nice bathroom. The bed was a queen and extremely comfortable. While the hotel is convenient and the room comfortable, what makes the hotel special is the staff. Welcoming, attentive and very helpful with suggestions and responsive to requests. other hotels should learn from Club Quarters how to treat guests. Really enjoyed our stay here for our sons engagement party. looking forward to returning again.

Excellent staff put our stay over the top. Especially Manny and Elias! We needed a number of accommodations and they were so kind and effective. The hotel is very nice and the location is a very convenient Midtown location.
