Great staff, great proximity to 5th Ave and subways…hotel is exceptional, clean, comfortable and inviting! Lounge and outdoor space had great coffee and views! We visit NYC often and we will be choosing the Club Quarters again. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

honestly, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise. the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable, it made my work trip to new york feel way more relaxing. the front desk people were genuinely sweet and super helpful with everything from check-in to local tips. the location is also perfect, tons of restaurants, coffee spots, and things to do all within walking distance. i never once felt stressed about getting around. if you’re coming to the city for work or fun, i’d totally say stay here. they really made my trip so much better.

I stayed here 10/02-10/05, and had the best experience! The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating to my dog and me. Club Quarters is one of the few places where there is no pet fee, free laundry with complimentary detergent, and access to close by parking garages! Their rooms were very clean and the floor plan was so nice, even for a one person room. The only issue I had personally, was with my room key; I believe the battery for my door was dying, but each time I went to the front desk, they took care of it for me promptly, and reassured they would get the door looked at. Overall, a wonderful experience with staff, and will be staying here again!

Ryder cup stay

Didn't have any expectations prior to arrival, everything is done efficiently from check in to check out. I really can't fault the location, the cleanliness or attitude of the staff, all great. Had a nice rooftop terrace with tea/coffee available 24 hours and in a blockage distance of grand central. Would recommend without hesitation.
