Not enough hooks in bathroom and not enough towel bars. The mattress is way too soft! Not enough hooks in room. The bench in the kitchen is way too soft! Loved the coffee and the water dispenser and the terrace and lounge. Elevators are slow to come. Great coffee bagel shop around the block. Check in was late but the staff made up for it with a late check out.

I have stayed at Club Quarters Hotel, Grand Central several times and it continues to be a good value. The location is great for quick access to public transportation and key landmarks. Main downside is that there can be a lot of hallway noise.

Good option for a quick stay in NYC. There are very few amenities so don’t expect too much. There is a rooftop where you can bring your often food/relax and a small indoor sitting area (they call lounge) with free coffee/tea. There is no bar or food service option. The gym is extremely small with only a few machine and non adjusting air conditioning. Room was small but clean and had supplies for shower. Only worth the price if you get a deal. Would not spend much to stay here.

Really great stay

The location of the hotel is perfect being near to Grand Central Station and all the Midtown spots like Rockefeller fifth Avenue etc. The best part of this hotel is the terrace view of the city on the last floor of the hotel. It’s super easy to check in.

Arrived to property was informed room would not be ready until 3:30PM to 4:00 PM. Left came back at 3:32 PM. Room was still not ready was told that due to size of room it would be longer didn’t get to check into room until after 4:00 PM. The website clearly states check in time is 3 PM. Was not offered anything for the inconvenience traveled over 3 1/2 hours to stay at property caulking in the bathroom was horrible toilet paper roll was hanging off the wall. HVAC system was not working properly. Never reach set temperature left room came back all chang that was on a stand by the bed was gone, left sign on door, which was supposedly a do not disturb sign, but room was still in fringed upon. Noticed guest of non-color were greeted differently than me being the only guest of color on the property will not be staying at the property again.

We had a great time at Club Quarters Grand Central. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice stay for business

Good stay for business with UN. Walkable to major attractions and transportation facilities. Lounge on the top is an excellent place to have meals, rest, looking over the buildings, etc.
