The staff was welcoming and kind. That said, carpeted floors felt unsanitary (especially in NYC), soap was missing from the bedroom, mattress had an huge dip in it, and a shelf broke off the wall & fell overnight. Daily turndown or sheet service was not provided, which was unexpected compared to other hotels.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Love the rooftop terrace with 24hrs access with self-service coffee and tea. Water machine on each floor. Laundry machine is an added bonus. Highly recommended.
