AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

This is the first (and hopefully only) terrible review I’ve ever given. We arrived to check in to this (very average) apt and we’re HARASSED by a very creepy neighbor!!! My teenage daughter was trembling and crying and had nightmares - we didn’t even stay one night. We payed full price for the month - and the owner apologized and promised to refund us (I have texts to prove it) and NEVER did. So we got completely ripped off and traumatized. VRBO did nothing after repeated lengthy calls. BEWARE!!! If I can save one person from this horrific experience I feel justified.
