We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square West in December and had a WONDERFUL experience overall!! The location is excellent; close to Times Square, Broadway, MSG, several restaurants, and multiple subway lines, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were absolutely AMAZING, making our stay even more enjoyable. Katherine & Gerardine at reception were extremely helpful in sorting out an issue with our Expedia reservation upon our arrival. A special shoutout to Katherine, Crystal & Aaron, whom were all so friendly & helpful with any questions/requests we had (we were always greeted with smiles upon our return from sightseeing!). We cannot wait to stay here again for our next trip!
