I arrived and my reservation was canceled. First I was told Expedia canceled. I contacted Expedia and they stated hotel canceled saying it was my card. Even though it was the same card I used to Re-book my stay at hotel. Then the heater never turned off in the room. The thermostat on wall did nothing. Turned it off and the heater would not turn off. Had to open the window with 2 degree temps trying to survive the desert heat wave in the room.
