The room is way too small for the amount the we paid, too uncomfortable if you have more than 1 luggage. Front desk who assisted us are very nice and they made sure the check-in process was smooth. The hotel has free breakfast but we were not able to have it. The description when we booked the hotel was not represented well so we were surprised upon arrival into our room.

Great location! Right next to Pier 11, great if you need to travel by ferry. Room was small but had all the essential basics. Bathroom was clean. Heating system was too loud when kicks in. Bed sheets were clean and pressed! My favorite! Breakfast was hectic, breakfast sitting area is too small for the number of people staying. ( didn’t have it) Not a deal breaker for me. Plenty of coffee shops around the corner. Overnight I lit worked for me!

Room, amenities. Room was too small our sink bathrrom was clogged, never came to fix it. Breakfast was not good. I have been to other Fairfield’s but this was the same breakfast every day. Boring.
