Great stay

This was our first day in New York City. The hotel looked beautiful online, but was just as beautiful in person. We felt comfortable and safe the entire stay. The breakfast buffet was good, and it was convenient to have the market in the building.

My partner had an injury at the property and the security team was doing their best to assist, which was good. Check in was super slow at night, people from the airlines kept jumpin in line and we had to wait for so long, the lady at the reception just allowed that and kept serving people who did not line up ( problem is.. the line was short it was only us)

There was almost zero sound proof. I don’t know why I paid this amount of money to being able to sleep well, almost every night. We could hear very clearly what everyone’s chatting about when they pass by our door.

The property was in a great location. Some of the staff was helpful. Others were not. The food on site was very expensive. I suggest seeking other options. There are plenty of options nearby.
