Room on the 22nd floor was dirty, looked like it hadnt been used/updated in 20+years. Had to ask/beg for blankets for the bed and couch, only provided sheets, front desk said it was because all rooms were sold out?? Did not get the rollaway requested. Bed/pillows were super hard. Only plus was the location!

The room they gave us has a sink that is not only the smallest sink but also doesn't drain. Gave us another room that is not any better. Staff are very unfriendly and rude. Had to pay $4 a bag to leave our stuff for a few hours before heading to the airport. I never stayed in a hotel before that charged their customers to hold their belongings. On top of that, they told us cash only. The room has a very bad smell that they try to cover up with some sweet scent. It literally smell like the landfill. I called to switch to a different hotel and they do not care and management is rude and not helpful at all. From the front desk, bellman, to management, the worse of the worse customer service. Will not recommend to anyone.
