Unfortunately, our stay this year was disappointing. This was our third Thanksgiving staying at the Hyatt Grand, and in the past we’ve never had any issues. However, this time several things fell short of expectations. The toilet barely flushed, and the bathtub drained extremely slowly, which meant we had to wait at least 10 minutes between showers for the water to go down. The room wasn’t very clean, and the carpet looked noticeably dirty, which was surprising and discouraging given the price we paid. We’ve always enjoyed staying here, and we want to continue making this our Thanksgiving tradition, but this year’s experience did not meet the standards we’ve come to expect.
