Had a great experience with no big complaints. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs. There are noises all night from traffic and random New York happenings. On our final day checking out, there was some construction occurring on the street out front as well. Otherwise, staff was wonderful and the facilities were great.

Over charged card.

They overcharged the card they demanded at check in. they said there would just be a 200 dollar hold on the card but they ran it with the extra charge. Then they ran the extra charge again, Then they charged us for a robe that was left on the hook in the bathroom.

This was the perfect location for my visit to my daughter. It was a straight shot just 5 min walk up the street to her apartment. My room was small but clean & comfortable. I will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms are pretty spacious for being in Manhattan, and the bed was big and comfortable. It was also thoroughly cleaned daily. Although we only went up once, the rooftop with views of the Empire State was nice.

Amazing stay at HGU! we will be back! Every single staff member we interacted with was kind and so helpful. The coffee shop in the lobby is incredible and convenient. Easy 20 minute walk to Times Square and so close to the subway. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We will be back!!!

Stayed for two days, the picture of the room was alittle deceiving because it was smaller than i thought but it’s super convenient cause everything was closed by but there was construction going on in the building during my stay and it made it hard to sleep in. As someone who loves Korean food I picked a great hotel to stay in! The location, quality customer service and cleanliness stand out the most. I felt safe leaving at 1:30 am to get local Korean food and early morning walks for cafes were a joy. I would absolutely stay here again :)
