Way over priced vs other competing hotels in the area. No microwave? Towel handler kept falling off the wall. Ac kept changing temperature to its own temp vs what I would set it at. Could hear every footstep on that floor.

Staff was very nice. Room 206 was not the best. Shower did not stay hot. The sink faucet needs to be fixed so the spout is pointed more toward the bowl. The heating unit still came on even when turned off and was loud.

Hotel was fine, room was cleaned daily and the one issue we had for repair was dealt with right away, staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue is we weren’t aware there was to be a $50 per person deposit to be paid on arrival, we had to pay $200 at check in which is not ideal when you are only there for a short break from the UK not only did that eat in to spending money but I have now been home for 5 days and still waiting on the refund to hit my account
