DO NOT USE HOTELS .COM OR STAY IN THIS HOTEL

This was a horrible stay and worse service from hotels.com I had to check out one day early because someone was knocking on my door all night and my room and the surrounding area reeked of marijuana. I had to check out one day early. I was willing to forgive all parties provided that the last night of my stay refunded since I did not stay there. However hotels.com refused to refund the last night of my stay and the hotel stated that I did not check out one day early. I have a receipt to prove this, not to mention that this is on security cameras. I will never use hotels.com again and will not recommend them to anyone since they were unable to rectify this very resolvable issue. I'd appreciate it if someone would contact me about this issue

When we arrived all lights in the room were unplugged. Soap dispensers were empty. The microwave was on a stand only around 1 foot off the floor. HVAC was so noisy it woke us each time to turned on. There was no real dresser in the room.
