Great location, very clean, excellent customer service. Enjoyed the roof top and other lounge bars. Not enough space for storage. Had to live out of bag as there were not many drawers. Will have to book a bigger room next time just for the location.

The location right next to Times Square is awesome! No view out the window but it was the quietest room I’ve ever had in nyc. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly especially those at the desk on the first floor. They were welcoming every time we came in and very helpful with our luggage and arranging a cab upon our departure. The only disappointment with our stay was the staff at the rooftop bar. Both times we went up there they were very rude to us so we just left and got drinks elsewhere. Besides that our stay was wonderful!

Well positioned near the subways. Busy area but just far enough away from Times Square. Walkable to Central Park and Rockafeller/Empire State. Pizza, ice cream and Mexican next door which was perfect. Roof top bar lovely. You can take under 21’s there until 8pm. 20 dollars per day from the hotel to spend in the hotel. Ver very clean. They service and tidy your room and air con is great.

Lovely modern hotel. Very comfortable rooms nice and clean. Ideal location just a block away from Times Square. Friendly staff. The only down side was the immediate area outside the hotel on 48th.

Excellent hotel that is centrally located near Times Square. The hotel has an extensive memorabilia collection scattered throughout the entire building. It’s fun to stay at this hotel and I recommended highly.
