Love the cleanliness of the room and the decor but it was so noisy all night long. Then in the morning there was construction going on across the street. Didn’t get a chance to sleep in like I want to.

The hotel offers convenient access to any destination. Most attractions are within walking distance. The staff are exceptionally warm and courteous. The only drawback is the poor soundproofing—it's quite noisy due to construction outside.

The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was in a perfect area and in the middle of it all. The only feedback is make sure to take water. The filtered water in the 14th floor needs to have the filter changed and our rooms bathroom extractor wasn’t working.

Honestly the location is worth the money alone here. The rooms are small and probably could do with some smarter storage solutions. The staff are super friendly and helpful and our room was spotless. On balance, it does exactly what you’d want from a hotel 1 block from Times Square.
