The room and the stay were only ok. We got there early and they held our bags for us which is nice, we returned at 3:00 and were told the room still wasn’t ready. They fixed that problem quickly. Upon entry into the room, the room is so small, if anyone is sitting in the desk chair, you can’t walk around the room at all. The second day, we returned after being gone for 10 hours. Our room had not been cleaned. Dirty towels are still on the floor, trash cans overflowing. I called the desk and was told housekeeping had marked the room clean. I assured them it was not. I asked for more towels to be brought up. For 4 people, they brought 3 towels and 5 floor mats. The next day before leaving the room, I spoke with the desk and asked them to make sure the room would be cleaned while we were out. She said no problem. 4 hours later we returned, and the room still had not been cleaned. I went to the desk, spoke with the ladies who were very nice, and they were very apologetic. An hour later housekeeping came up and we had to wait for an hour while they cleaned it. We were given a voucher for free breakfast which was very nice, but the food was mediocre. I wanted to like this place, the location is great, but I doubt that I’d stay here again.

I only stayed one night but I do not recommend this hotel. My room was next to the elevator and I constantly heard a loud noise when the elevators go up and down. The elevators are constantly in use. For breakfast there is no counter with several options. You have to order according to what is available that day. There was only one egg/sausage sandwich or waffle . No thanks. The room is okay but nothing more. It's small and starting to smell old.

About a block away from train station. Great location, comfortable stay. Having queen beds vs double beds was a plus. Breakfast was not great, slow service (30 min!) and they always were out of bacon, fruits, etc. how can you run out of these basic items every day? Other thn that, no issues. Bathroom worked, toiletries were great.

We paid for breakfast through Expedia. At the hotel there is basically a couple things to order. Unfortunately we could not get the server to get off her phone long enough to order any food. Day 2. Went immediately to the waitress. Ordered the breakfast sandwich and we got some sandwich that looks like a child made it. Tater tots and cheap sausage links on bread because I guess they must have run out of the bacon it said was on it. Shower did’t drain till we were out of the shower.
