Great location! Super close to a subway station that is a direct way to and from JFK. Rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly and we were able to check in early. Would definitely stay here again.

The blonde lady at the front counter was rude and lacked customer service skills when we checked in. However, the young gentleman that helped us afterwards was very helpful and accommodating throughout the rest of our stay. There needs to be better clarification as far as additional hotel deposit fees. I called ahead 2 weeks before checking with both Expedia customer service and hotel staff and was told no deposit would be required since all fees were already paid. I got to the hotel and regardless of previously being a Hilton rewards member, I was still charged an unexpected $400 deposit fee which was later refunded but left me short on money allocated for our expenses during our stay. Room was clean and location was conveniently close to city attractions.
