Thermostat in room did not work well. Room would not get to an ideal cool temp. Room was nothing like the picture. No counter space on bathroom counter, towels frayed and practically had holes, toilet seat did not have lid. Shower had handheld spray (unlike picture). The room I stayed in needs a massive bathroom upgrade to even come close to how it was advertised/pictured. Staff was excellent, but that didn’t make up for the poor room quality.

Hotel, service, location and views were excellent. We had the corner room on 35th floor. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable. Could feel the metal bars and not only the springs. Asked 3 separate occasions giving minimum 8 hours between each ask to sort out, but nothing until final day when they changed to a roll out bed. This meant 3 people in the bed and one on the roll out bed.

Great location.Easy to get to Times Square,Plays and restaurants. Front desk did not explain if we had a destination charge that could be used in the hotel..all in all a very good experience. have been here about 8 times. See you next year.

Property is located within walking distance of just about everything in midtown. Times Square, just about every Broadway show. Room was clean, smelled fresh. You do have to take 1 elevator to lobby then another to your floor. Other than that book it. Hilton Times Square won’t disappoint. Will book again.

Semi view of Times square Not direct. Clean. Great security. Very close to Times square by 1/2 a block. Also the main subway entrance for many trains is 100 yds away.

I loved everything about this hotel. Only small issue was when we took a shower first night, the water was running brown. I let the water run for like 10 min. Then it eventually cleared. The room was nice and spacious. Was very clean.
