We had no heat so the hotel was super cold on a cold night. There were no accommodations for that. However, the hotel front desk staff member with the low cut and glasses was super nice!

The hotel is amazing, and the location is very good, the only compliant I have is when I checked in i arrived after 12 pm and I was expecting to check in but instead they asked me to pay $57 if I want to check in early, which I ended up paying cause I was coming from a long international flight, but that’s how it work in NYC There’s no pleasure without a taste of bitterness.
