My overnight stay at this location was unacceptable. From the start, the front desk associate didn’t greet us with the same courtesy or attentiveness as the guests of a different race behind us — something that was hard to ignore. The room itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and felt nothing like the quality the hotel promotes. The furniture was peeling, the room lacked basic amenities like enough towels and washcloths for two guests, and worst of all, the sheets and comforter were very damp. We reported the issues, but both the hotel and booking service offered only a $25 credit toward a future stay, which felt like a slap in the face considering the conditions. The entire property gave off an unsettling vibe, and I genuinely did not feel safe or welcome. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you’re expecting even a basic standard of cleanliness, comfort, or respect.

Although the location was convenient for us, this hotel is no better than a 2-star hotel in the UK. The room was extremely tired, with chipped wood furnishings, a peeling faux leather armchair, and extremely noisy air conditioning. No central lighting, just a standing lamp as the primary source of illumination, that didn't work and took a night's repair. Electrical plug sockets that were so loose you had to prop up whatever you plugged in to make them work, and electrical plug sockets in a few areas of the room didn't work at all. The overall decoration was dingy, dark, and tired, with a grubby, depressing feeling. However, the restaurant staff were excellent. The restaurant was a separate business from the hotel, but with an understanding, it would appear, as you could charge your room for your meals. However, the restaurant was informed by the reception team that our breakfast was not included, but it was. The majority of the reception staff were pleasant. However, some male team members in the reception team lack training when dealing with guests, such as acknowledging guests, providing short one-word answers, and giving unclear instructions. It's as if they didn't want to be working there, but only wanted to impress the ladies. The reception dress code is shambolic and reminds me of a youth hostel.

For a mom who have 2 under 2 . I decided to go to this hotel for a lil break and I had an amazing time . No one bothered me , went to the huge amazing pool , steam room and sauna , great walking distance from Barclays . Amazing water pressure and great tv channels . The only thing I could complain about was the renovations . Door handles were coming off. But the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I’ll definitely go back for some me time again

I was never given wash clothes for my 2 day stay. I waited for 8 hours with different excuses. Finally at 10pm a manager said they don’t offer wash clothes and there was no discount for not having a basic necessity while staying in a room that I paid over $300 for.

The room was clean & cozy. It was on the small side, space wise, but for just two people or less, it felt cozy. We did not have washcloths or hand towels in our room so that would be the only negative comment I have at this time. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I did not get the room I paid extra for when I checked in and front desk employees were of no help at all. In fact, two of them were talking and laughing with one another so loudly that I couldn’t hear the one I was speaking with. The next morning I addressed my room with a different employee and she very politely and efficiently gave me the correct room for my reservation. Didn’t always feel safe, think room key should be required for elevator access.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to explore Brooklyn or get the subway to Manhattan. The diner attached is good, with a huge menu. The rooms are ok. They are a bit tired and really need some upgrading. There are only two lifts, so if you are on the top floors it takes ages to go up or down, particularly as the staff use them as well. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. So overall it’s ok but just not sure it’s worth the money charged.

Basic maintenance has clearly been neglected. The shower floor was cracked and discolored. The desk and arm chair were peeling. There were no plants in the lobby, just empty planters. After a fire alarm went off they told us to just stay in our rooms until they could investigate, instead of evacuating

We had booked a parking space but, at check-in, there were so many parked cars, I could hardly find a spot to leave the car. Much worse, it took 55 minutes to retrieve the car at check-put.?We had been told to call 30 minutes before pickup, however when we called we were told the car had been moved offsite to a location that would take much longer to retrieve.!
