Room was clean, hotel was clean. Went to swim and pool was closed due to swim lessons. Hot tub in pool area did not work did not heat up. Grand Canyon bistro on the lobby floor was expensive. Food was decent but they tried to tell me I only had one registered guest even though I paid for 2 breakfasts they still only gave me one. Also had a piece of metal wire brush in my croissant. Hotel staff was friendly and helping. I’d rate a 7/10 because of the pool and bistro

The pool area was bad no towels and the pool side and hot tub did not work and they said it works when I called and the workers don’t even help or do anything about it and take care of the pool area you ask a towel and they say the delivery of the towel would be between 830 and 9pm the pool open at 7 PM and the room was cold it had heat but by the window was a really big drafts installation is really bad so give them a 2

I have never written a bad review on a hotel. This is my first time ever. Hotel floors were filthy when checking in. Elevator was dirty, and the walls were in horrible condition. Our bathroom was also filthy,and had to ask to come clean upstairs
