Both nights I stayed, there were quite a few extremely loud (doors slamming, people talking and yelling loudly in the hallways and rooms) unsavory guests making noise from 7pm ‘till 5am. The hotel did nothing about it. It didn’t feel safe.

Staff so friendly, the room perfect clean a little small but nothing crazy. The only thing can get better is the breakfast, was a mess, there were no eggs on any of the days, it was all bread, muffins and more bread. No fruits, the pancakes always runout.

The elevator was not working properly, and I was forced to walk up to the 11th floor using the stairs. The breakfast was disgusting, and the overall service at the hotel was extremely poor. There was ongoing construction outside, which was not disclosed in advance. To make matters worse, when we arrived at night, one of the workers asked us for our room key in order to open the door, leaving us standing outside in the cold. This situation felt unprofessional and unsafe. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay at this hotel again.
