This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn. The lobby was overheated and disorganized, and the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional during check-in.
The property was falsely advertised—breakfast was listed as included, but we were told it would cost $29 per day. We chose this hotel specifically to save on food, so this was extremely disappointing.
There are only two elevators for a 20+ floor building, causing long wait times. The room was nothing like advertised, with a window facing a brick wall and alley. The walls were paper-thin, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and there was no ventilation, making the room uncomfortable and lacking privacy.
The only positive was the location. We checked out early and moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this property.
