What surprised us most was how quiet the room was. We heard nothing from neighboring rooms, very little from the hallway and little street noise (we were on the 9th floor). The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was surprisingly good, though seating was a problem.

Great place for a recent overnight to see the Rockettes. Rooms are small and beds are a little lumpy but everything is modern and felt safe. Always greeted when we entered the lobby. Good variety at breakfast and it was tasty. Always able to get a cup of tea and hang out. It's the little things like that which made this stay a very good experience.

Everyone was friendly. Location is great, free breakfast is popular with the menu changing daily. The only drawback is the elevators which are quite busy, esp in the morning. Room refresh is only every other day, ours was scheduled after 530pm so we just had new towels and trash emptied. Our room had a view of the laundry next door, would've preferred something different but the price was right.

Hotel was good, clean and good location. However staff at check in were grumpy, staff at breakfast were lovely. unfortunately having an adjoining door does not make the rooms silent. We have children and when the people next door came back we could hear every single thing they said through the adjoining door. Luckily didn’t wake the kids up but it did wake the adults up!

It is a decent hotel, with good amenities and breakfast. Staff was friendly. But watch out if you look through third party site like Expedia. Management on site made it not easy to make changes. In my case, I downgraded my stay and management told me I need to contact Expedia for a price adjustment. I contacted Expedia and Expedia reached out to hotel management- and the management would deny or ignore the requests. So make sure you get your appointment right the first time if you use 3 rd party site.
