There was nasty red stuff on their pillows and it looked like there was feces on the wall. They also had me put a $100 deposit and didn’t give it all back and I took videos and pictures of the place when we left and it was in better shape when we left then when we got there

SUPER friendly and helpful staff.Very clean.24hr bodega a few steps away for coffee and snacks including deli offerings.Good for adults.A bit rough at night as there are a few bars nearby but I was comfortable (old guy who uses a cane).Seemed to be younger people, not roughians. I would stay here again gladly.

Great stay, did only stay for a weekend, so a shorter stay here is definitely recommended. Only note I have is the hotel not providing parking but other than that, staff, service and facility was great and looking forward to my next stay.

I didn't spend that much time at the hotel. I explored Brooklyn. I think if you need a bed for the night then it fits all criteria. It wasn't bad. They did have a strict check in time of 3pm. Don't show up early. I showed up at 2pm. I waited in the lobby to avoid a $75 early check in fee.

Great staff

This hotel was conveniently located for me, but what made it stand out was the staff. They were very accommodating when I needed to work a bit in the lobby the day I arrived and came over to let me know when my room was ready. They were also just generally pleasant and kind people. Will def stay here again
