The hotel was in close proximity to where I was having surgery. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, thruout the night, doors were constantly slammed which kept waking me up. Soft close doors would be appreciated. Staff & service- meh. Not noteworthy. I requested early check in to coordinate with my surgical procedure. They wanted to charge me a fee minimum of $100 for early check in I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel and would never pay extra for early check in when we know the room is not occupied. Have stayed at 5 star and high end hotels and never received such a response.

Good spot near by everywhere at NoMad!

Bedroom is not bad, but I have upgraded to premium I though bathroom would be bigger in bathtub, which is didn’t included and also I was told we were coming from Miami for my birthday and valentine which is no surprises! After checking in the room later 15 mins room service opened the door without knocking he was told there is a gift for you (it’s just snack)

They were not attentive at all, their excuses was that they were “busy” and had a total of 2 people in the lobby when they gave this excuse. The lady at the counter with the glasses and black hair… So nasty, rudest most unnecessary person in the building. You would think she would have some class working at the front desk but she doesn’t. The room was super dirty and had stains all over the floor and chairs. Terrible experience I’d save your money from staying here.

Cleaning staff entered out room while we were sleeping and then quickly left after realizing we were in the room. No one told us when to call the front desk regarding getting our car from valet. We had to wait a long time for our car and was told it could be 30 mins to an hour. The shower did not drain in the room and was very dirty.
