Terrible maintenance service. Toilet broke twice. Asked to fix problem at 8:30am and at 2pm the cleaning lady solved the problem. Second, two elevators and no service elevator. Waiting times in the morning can be very very long

This hotel is stunning and the staff are excellent however, it was not clear in the description that room temperature is not controllable in each room. I wish we had read more reviews but it seems that many people had experiences where it was freezing during the winter or in our case roasting on an 80 degree day. I dont have too many expectations when i travel but this is definitely one of them. Atleast put an old school fan in the rooms!

The staff was great. It was very clean. Very noisy, it seemed like a water pan was dripping outside my window and hitting the window glass.. the checkout is at 11am without an option to extend after staying a week at the hotel. I would recommend overall. The people make it better.
