Rooms are clean and have a great vibe. 2 fantastic dining options on the property and the hotel bar is great for after dinner meetings. Can’t say enough about it. Loved the iconic Hotel Chelsea! It is beautiful, classy but also laid back and comfortable. We arrived around 11am expecting to store our luggage for a few hours. To our surprise they had our room ready, and even upgraded us! Everything was perfect and it is now our favorite place to stay in NY!

The history behind the hotel is so cool. William, the bellhop was so knowledgeable. I wish there was a formal tour as part of the check in service and that William had a whole staff under him to help lift up the historical aspect of the hotel. I could have spent much more time talking and wish I didn't feel like I was interrupting him from doing his job. Its so important to preserve the history of New York and all the art, music and poetry that happened in this hotel. It seemed like he has a passion to do this and I feel you should give him the platform to do it!!!! William made my stay there exceptional!
