Staff was friendly and attentive. The property was incredibly convenient for walking to tourist attractions and accessing public transit. I enjoyed the opportunity to go on a walking tour and also took advantage of their wine hour. It was a lovely property.

Really lovely . Excellent location . All the staff were so nice and friendly. Breakfast from Carve was good. A little pedantic wanting to charge $29 to check into our room which was ready but we were 45 minutes before official check in time of 3pm but it’s not the staffs fault . Maybe the hotel group need to be a bit more flexible. Had to move rooms as the first night was intolerable as we had the room next to an ice machine which was in constant use until 2am . Maybe the hotel should write off giving that room to paying customers ! However everything else was spot on, clean , comfy beds & soft fluffy towels & lovely staff

very rude front desk. not helpful at all they don't even know how to smile. long line of waiting to check in. (took an hour to check in) .and the worst part is the construction at the night (they had 24h construction. we couldn't even sleep. i paid $2000 for 3 nights and I couldn't even sleep. I don't recommend this place at all

Building work noise all through the night!

Terrible noise from building work in an office block opposite, all through the night - reviews mentioning noise levels go back to at least June 25, so check before booking this hotel. Not the hotel’s fault, but they showed absolutely no interest when we complained about not being able to sleep - we were told that we are in NYC and this is what happens. Hotel staff and service generally was good apart from this, but unfortunately not acceptable to pay a lot of money for 2 hotel rooms and not being able to sleep.

Loved being one seconds away from Times Square. The restaurant was very tasty. Also loved that you recieve vouchers for breakfast to only be $6.50. Yes it is a limited menu, however, very tasty.

Great find!

A great find! Hotel staff are all very friendly. Room was very clean and comfy, had all we needed for a busy city break. Hotel was also very secure and felt very safe. Very good location in Times Square and very convenient for exploring the city (many attractions within walking distance) The hotel even provided a grab and go breakfast with our stay which was very handy.
