Having my teenage daughter made Time Square a good option to stay, with PLENTY of close subway options to go all over the city. The hotel is spectacular, the staff are amazing, Bond45 for dinner was one of the best meals we had. Chicken Parmagiano was best we ever had.

The staff was fine but the wait time to check in was awful. There was construction in the building across the street from us all night long. We barely slept. There was no hot water in the evening for our showers. The bathroom floor was wet when we arrived. The beds only had blankets and fitted sheets, no flat sheets.

We loved our stay here. So conveniently located. The staff was very kind & helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is bc whenever we tried to call the front desk from our room, there was never an answer therefore we’d have to go down to the lobby to communicate any needs.

Very unhappy as did not have access to 46th St. We selected this location because of 46th St access to theaters-I am handicapped. When we got there the exit was closed off so had to exit and walk around the whole block, with very heavy pedestrian traffic and on one of the days-snow/ice. When we returned from theater in evening sign was up on door on 46th saying that door open until 11:00 pm. It was 10:30 pm and it was locked. I asked for an accomodationn with security to get out that door and was briskly declined. On day we were leaving our driver was scheduled to pick us up at 46th entrance and I could not get ahold of them to change the address. Again I asked security if we could exit at 46th with our luggage and due to my disability and again was declined. Manager at restaurant next door was kind enough to let me exit through their restaurant even though their 46th exit was closed as well. Very dissatisfied with hotels lack of flexibility due to my disability. So unreasonable - I will never stay at your hotel agin.

Perfect location and free grab and go breakfast was great! The Rum House was a nice stop for a drink! It was our first time staying in Timesquare and we definitely heard all the street noise from the room all day and night. Honking, music, ambulance. The hotel is very old so we also heard the pipes all night long. It sounded like someone was hitting the pipes with a wrench at 3am. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the rest at night we needed to be ready for our busy days filled with sightseeing.

I love the convinience of the hotel. I stayed in a room with three queen sized beds but only ONE bathroom, very small, doors don’t lock, very dark even with the lights on. Staff was nice and professional.

Wonderful Stay at the Edison Hotel We had a great experience at the Edison Hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly throughout my stay — welcoming, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Their hospitality really made a difference. Overall, a smooth, pleasant stay in a fantastic location. I would definitely return.
