Staff were lovely and everything was immaculately clean. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The shower pressure could have been better and the temperature was always 74+ despite me setting it lower and to "cool". It was nice to have the option of a sit-down breakfast at a discount or free grab-and-go. I wish the selection for grab-and-go were better or rotating. The choices are limited and if you're staying for a week it becomes repetitive. Those are my only nitpicky things. Everything else was great and I would certainly stay there again.

Room was nice a spacious perfect for a family! Staff was friendly but in a you’re on NYC type way. The front desk who checked us in was super great and the housekeeping was amazing! My only “issue” was it didn’t know you can’t check in until 3pm any earlier would incur a fee and it was louder than expected which wasn’t so bad because I was able to hear basically the whole SIX broadway show and my family didn’t have an issue sleeping the through. I would definitely stay here again in the future when kids older and can go to a broadway show.

I had a wonderful stay at the Edison Hotel. The staff were truly excellent—warm, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they’re functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a great stay in the city. What really stood out was the overall vibe of the hotel. From the stylish atmosphere to the energy of the lobby, everything felt inviting and full of character. And the jazz vibes? Absolutely amazing. The live music added such a unique and enjoyable touch to the experience. Overall, a great stay with fantastic service, cozy rooms, and unforgettable jazz ambiance. I’d definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Edison multiple times when we have come to NYC for a girls weekend. It is always clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most of our group is gluten free so Friedman’s being in the hotel is an extra bonus to our trips! We just got home and I already can’t wait until our next trip to the Edison!

Staff was very nice.The hotel itself was well kept. The AC in the room kept making a weird spray noise every few seconds. There was also construction outside that woke me up at 4am each day. Wouldn’t stay in Times Square again though.

The amenities were very nice. The breakfast provided was filling and delicious. The hotel wa within walking distance to theatre’s and great shopping. The room was clean and also included complimentary bottle of wine, candy and water. House keeping staff were friendly and responsive.
