For the expense of the room, it's not worth it, soap and shampoo dispensers in room were empty, elevator is sub- standard, staff was good, considering the state , and age of the hotel, won't be staying there in the future, sorry for the lousy review.

I like this hotel and have stayed there repeatedly. This despite the fact that one of the two elevators was shut down on more than one of my visits. No repairs were undertaken that I could see (waiting for parts, I suppose). Just keep the elevators running, and I’d praise you to the skies.

One of the 2 small elevators were broke so we walked up and down 9 flights often to avoid waiting for quite some time for the elevator. The room and hotel was not remotely close to the pictures on Expedia. The staff always said hello but never with a smile. It is NOT a hotel I would recommend or stay at again

A/C was not on when we checked in. Did not realize it until later. There was no complimentary water in the room, which is shown in your pictures. Also, no mini bar. Expected the hotel to be more upscale, which it is not. However, for a theater stay, the location was Ideal ! And the price was right.

Falacy of reviews: one man’s trash is another one’s treasure Its charming for its 1980s vintage looks in a horrible location others might cherish. Old, stained, tired but welcoming of the poor, the TSQ crowd and anybody with a smile.
