Let's start by discussing the location of this hotel. It is just one block away from Times Square, making it a very convenient choice if you're planning to stay in the heart of Manhattan’s busiest area. Regarding the hotel itself, it offers a classic, no-frills ambiance with a charming vintage and antique feel. The hotel is very clean, and what truly stands out is the staff. During my stay, I interacted with several members of the front desk team, and they were all exceptionally friendly, courteous, and eager to assist in any way they could. We had a wonderful experience here.

Great location!! Comfy beds, great water pressure, quiet room. First time to NYC in a long time. This location was awesome for being a tourist for 3 days. Coffee shop directly out the front door. This hotel was great for us.

I did not stay here. I tried to change my stay dates and I could not. Expedia recommended this with hotel or my trip as a costs savings add on to my flight. It included the wrong dates. I tried to reschedule or cancel within minutes of booking and this was denied. I will not use Expedia for any thing in the future. The hotel was very inflexible.

Room was clean and spacious (for NYC) for our group of 3. Staff was pleasant and efficient. No amenities though - not even a source of hot water for breakfast drinks. I called front desk when wifi didn't work and was told no one else had complained. There is wifi in the hallway, just not in the rooms on floor 12.

Staff in lobby was courteous. Beautiful lobby. Room was not completely clean. Water in shower cut off and on about 8 times during a shower. Room temp was warm, with no way to regulate. However, still pleased with the room considering location and cost.

Room was quiet and clean. It was convenient after getting off a very late flight and allowed us to get the rest we needed. However, the room next to us had a pipe break and we were without cold water, so there was no shower and no flushing toilets not sure what happened as we were never told, but it was worth it for a quick nap.

The room was beat up and uncomfortable. The bed was mushy and barely supported. It was radiator heat and the it was sealed up when we got there. The radiator was too small for the room so the room was cold while the radiator clanged and whistled all night. The bathroom was also freezing and the water wasn’t hot enough. The water pressure came and went while it was on to the point the water would just shut off. The staff wasn’t friendly and barely acknowledged us coming and going even with shift changes.
