It’s all about the pros and cons so let’s review!
Pros: location, location, location. I walked to EVERYTHING popular! Rockefeller, 5th ave, Times Square, Bryant park. Only took the subway once for the Harry Potter store and even that was easy. Uber shuttle drop offs are very close. VERY clean. Was honestly shocked how clean. Felt safe. For being in a popular area it was pretty quiet outside. Walgreens across the street for needs on the fly.
Cons: bed was okay. Kinda hard. Not the worst, not the best. Rooms are small. For 1 person, I was fine! For more people, idk. You can hear the doors slamming in the halls. Not the end of the world but something to note. The thermostat…have no idea how it worked. It would read 75 but there was no WAY it was. It never said “heat” only cool. The radiator in the room made noise all the time. I was okay to sleep. I would’ve wanted to be able to control the temp better. My last night was colder. Some guests in the elevator mentioned having issues with their heat. Overall, I would still highly recommend and would strongly consider staying here again if was traveling alone. The price was reasonable and I felt I got my moneys worth!
