Hotel is dingy and outdated. Bathroom sink faucets were stripped and hard to shut off. Furniture and molding need to be updated. Very disappointed

Room was spacious for a NYC hotel. The room was VERY clean. A/C unit in window. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A 3 minute walk from Time Square. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and if I ever make my way back to NYC, this will be where I stay.

Not the fancy is hotel, but we were not looking for fancy because we didn’t plan on spending a lot of time in our room. The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. The rooms are updated. Check in area is just it’s older but it’s so cute elevators seem kind of sketchy, but they work just fine. Very convenient to everything. We will be coming back.

Room (on floor 12) was very basic and badly in need of an update and some accessible clothes storage (only clothes storage cupboard was blocked by a bed) but it was very clean and tidy and the location was perfect, so for the price it was excellent value.

Staff was great. Room was clean, small, simple, and in a great location. Close to Times Square, Rockefeller center and other touristy spots. Only complaint is that our room was a little dated and in need of some repairs. But we were only in our room to shower and sleep so I was happy to have a clean room, fresh towels and hot water
