Super Clean and wonderfully efficient. There was city noise from outside, but it was easily managed by a sound machine. This place is central to all things Times Square/Rockefeller center with easy check in and pleasant, helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. i wish i had an alarm clock and something that offered maybe USB plug ins on the nightstand, but all in all, it was a great stay. will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The room was very basic and minimal but in good enough condition. We booked here for location first and foremost and it can not be beaten. We were 1/2 block from Times Square with easy subway access to EVERYTHING in NYC. Amazing value for our family stay and so convenient as our home base. We look forward to a return visit!

Overall star was great. Staff was great. Room was super clean. We didnt even have to ask for the correct amount of towels ( thats a plus to me). The location was the BESTTTT! Only thing the rooms got really hot and hard to balance the thermostat. Also the one bed in our room was not comfortable at all. Needed new matress for sure But i still give it a 8.5 out of 10. Its an old hotel but very well kept

No frills hotel located in Times Square. Pros: Great location, right in Times Square. Inexpensive compared to other hotels nearby. Plenty of food and restaurant options close by. Friendly staff who were helpful. Cons: No coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave in room. No thermostat in room to control room temperature (we had to open the window to regulate a hot room). Very noisy. Our room was on the second floor facing the street so we heard car horns and sirens 24/7 (it became white noise by the 3rd night). I would recommend this room if you just want a place to lay your head down at night. But if you plan on spending time in the room, it doesn't have enough amenities to make the stay enjoyable.

First, regarding early check-in: prior to our arrival, we were informed that the early check-in fee would be $25. However, upon arrival, we were charged $75 instead. This discrepancy was never properly explained and felt unfair. Second, the room we were assigned was much smaller than what was advertised online. The photos and descriptions did not accurately represent the actual room we received, which was very disappointing. The most serious issue was the malfunctioning water heater. On our first morning at around 6:00 AM, we contacted the front desk because there was no hot water. We were told to wait because other rooms were using the shower. Later, we were informed that someone would check the issue at 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to shower in cold water. That afternoon, the water heater was still not working, so we called again. A maintenance staff member came and worked on it for about 30 minutes before the water finally heated up. We were told to call the front desk again if the problem continued so we could be transferred to another room. Despite this, the water heater stopped working again the following day. Since it was Christmas Day and our last night, we felt there was no point in contacting the front desk again. The shower would suddenly stop while in use, and the heater repeatedly failed. Overall, the lack of proper customer service and follow-through was extremely frustrating.
