Hotel is just good to have a convenient place to sleep. It’s walkable from the Midtown ferry and to Times Sq. It’s strange having a window facing the hallway where everyone could look inside while passing if you not having your blinds all the way down. Hotel room doesn’t provide any fridge, microwave, or ironing stuff. Very simple. If you don’t mind the loud AC in the room- we didn’t we fell asleep due to all the walking. Bedding hat only one sheet on top of the blanket which we flipped around since there was no bed sheet below the blanket. Overall if you don’t have big expectations and want a budget friendly hotel. It’s ok. Front desk staff was nice and very helpful.

The hotel was pretty clean. The room was quiet, we were on the 3rd floor. The AC really didn’t get the room cool, thank goodness there was a fan in the room. There was no where to store clothes. There was not a dresser or closet. I would stay again but not during the hot time of summer for fear of the AC not cooling the room.

It has potential for greatness. Know that the property has been struggling to get air/hear replaced for some time now. When I first arrived to check-in, I was informed that the entire building didn't have air and wouldn't during my two night stay. Thankfully, Christina, the manager, found a room (246) that had air and that was great. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Easy to move around. All that's good but... This is a no frills place. No restaurants. No closet in the room. No cups in the room even, nor a safe (for belongings). Comfortable bed and very clean. It has potential.

Value for the $$

For the price, this hotel did OK. It was clean, very nice bathroom although shower amenities were small. Issues with both TV’s in the room- one did not turn on at all and the other only worked on an Amazon Firestick, so no access to Live tv for news or sports unless you logged into your own live stream account. Also- AC was sketchy. Didn’t work at all in bedroom. The living room worked sporadically. We ended up opening a window. We were on 3rd floor and it was not too noisy.

Air conditioning in the whole hotel was not working all weeknd and staff just provded a small personal fan for the room. No compensation was offered. Had to file complaint with a general email and have not received a response in over 5 days so far.

Hotel looked great, but we had to cut our stay short as it was unbearably hot and humid in our room. AC for the entire hotel was not working. Based on other reviews, looks like that is an ongoing problem. Only one working elevator, and one day that did not work either so had to use stairs. People at the front desk were great, but still waiting on promised refund.

AC broken - Not Clean

AC is broken, lots of bugs in the room. The bathroom floor is very dirty, and lots of flies. The pillows had an intense aroma typical of Indian cuisine, as if someone had slept there very recently. Also there are bus lanes directly outside the hotel so my Uber received a ticket for crossing into the bus lane.
