All desk staff were super friendly and helpful, valet was seamless and the hotel was able to accommodate our early check in request. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Despite the proximity to Times Square (so convenient to theaters and shopping) and being close to the elevator, our room was quiet and restful. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!

This is my favorite hotel in NYC, Times Squares area. The customer service is incredible, great location- near Broadway and all the good stuff. Rooms are spacious. The showers need a bit more work.
