Fantastic hotel and unbeatable location - just a few steps from Times Square. I was on a high floor (free upgrade - thank you lovely gentleman that checked us in) and so it was super quiet and we slept like babies. Very comfortable beds and amazing bathroom facilities!

The hotel has an ideal location 1/2 block from Times Square. The staff was friendly, helpful, and acted on requests immediately. Our maid, Rose, was a rock star! The room was large, comfortable, and there was no noise from other rooms (there was, however, some noise from the street but not a problem). The bed was VERY comfortable! The view was wonderful! The bathroom and shower well designed. We look forward to staying at the Hyatt Centric Times Square again.
