Check in was absolutely fantastic. The young lady was super helpful with restaurants to eat at around the area, upgraded my room & let me check in early. Her warm welcoming was very nice. The room smelled so good, it was squeaky clean, towels & sheets had no stains, shower was clean (no hairs), the bed was soft & the thermometer was easy to adjust to the right temperature (NYC is cold). I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay close to the airport ($12 uber) & likes to gamble at their lovely casino attached to the hotel.

I had a great stay overall. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. My overall experience at the hotel was excellent, and the location made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The only downside was the casino, which felt a bit underwhelming and could use some updates to match the quality of the rest of the property. The casino clearly operates with a strong house edge, and it shows—most games felt noticeably tilted in favor of the house. While the atmosphere is lively, players should be prepared for odds that don’t give them much room to walk away ahead.
