Stayed at the Hyatt regency in queens a few times. We love it because of the convenience. Great property and rooms. The price point is too high for a room in queens. The amenities don’t make up for the price.

RW just ok

The room was freezing cold at night despite setting the thermostat to 70 degrees. The casino was just ok, too many loitering non players occupying seats. Security was useless to help with this situation. Steakhouse food, service was great. Prices great too. Sugar factory was a joke. $26 for an expression martini (caramel macchiato they call it)

This hotel is beautiful. The property is spacious. Great selection of restaurants on site. The employees were awesome, especially Jon. The things it is lacking is a pool and anywhere close by to walk to.
