Our suite was beautiful with an absolutely breathtaking view. Everyone on staff from reception to the doorman were so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We went on the hotel historical tour and it was so interesting. I highly recommend it.

Staff interactions were pleasant and professional, and it truly felt like a luxury NYC experience. The only area for improvement would be the elevators. Although there are multiple elevators, there was frequent waiting, they filled quickly, and they made many stops, which could be frustrating during peak times. That said, it wouldn’t stop us from staying again. A wonderful hotel in a prime location with just a small logistical hiccup.
