Our entire stay at the beautiful Lotte New York Palace Hotel was amazing. specially at Christmas time with the beautiful trees inside and outside or spectacular. Our view from our room of St. Patrick’s Cathedral was gorgeous and we look forward to staying there again.

Two times that I called for some items they never took them to my room. I went down after quite a few hours to get them myself. They wanted to tell me utensils weren't available until I said I called for them 6 hours before. Same with a bottle opener.

The hotel was stunning when we went for the holidays. Room was clean, every staff member I encountered was helpful and courteous. We had a short visit to the bar and it was beautiful.
