The staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in providing excellent guest services. Our room, 2925, had the most beautiful view of any big city hotel we have stayed in, overlooking St. Patrick’s Cathedral and down 51st St. to the river. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean and well appointed.

Location is great! However, the guest room is not well maintained at all. The carpets looked very worn. There is no fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogs up and the smell of mildew lingers. The hand towel holder was underneath the sink so it was uncomfortable. Also, the bathtub drained very, very, very slowly. How did the cleaning staff not pick that up? Lastly, the staff at the coffee shop was not professional at all. The staff carried on their conversations rather than attending to my order.

I can’t even describe the excellence that this place has. Top notch all the way. Clean, fresh, service that is unbelievable. I hope to visit again someday soon. Definitely would stay here again. The room was huge. Plush towels. Pillows were so amazing and the sheets were very high quality. Just wonderful all around.
