As of Christmas 2025: elevator was broken. My room was on 7th floor. No lights on one of the two stairs. No hair dryer and no phone in the room to ask for service. The staff took my driver license and don't give me back until the next day. One good thing was I could leave my bag in the lobby before checking in.

Utterly baffled by the one-star drama queens. Housekeeping every 3 nights or on request? Clearly stated at booking and check-in—guess literacy is optional these days. Spotless room, strong Wi-Fi, hot shower, comfy bed, everything functional. Staff friendly, neighborhood quiet and safe. This is a budget hotel in a residential area near transit—not a $500/night Soho spa with daily towel art and endless drawers. Whining about ‘no storage’ or it being ‘basic’? Darling, you booked the cheap rate; expectations don’t come with upgrades. Perfect value: clean, comfy, convenient, zero pretensions. I’d return in a flash. Ideal for adults who can read descriptions and manage realism.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly but it appears the hotel ahs new management so they were often not up to speed on everything in the hotel. One person told me there was no coffee served and someone else told me there was. Parts of the hotel are being renovated and the elevator was out of service during my short stay. The shower was really small and the water leaked out even with the shower curtain. My room was in the back and near the HVAC unit so it was loud and not a great view. Fine for one person and the price was ok for a holiday weekend but nothing fancy for sure.

Proximity to subway is probably the main selling point. Clean rooms but quite small with only a bed, minifridge, and bathroom, no where to hang coats or store items.

Smallest room ever, smoke smell and food smell also in the room. No window to open in order to clean the air of the room. We couldn’t even stand in this room because of how small it is. As they told us all the rooms are almost the same size. Of course no clean policy . We couldn’t even open our baggage’s in this room and we were only 2 persons . Not good area also. Really expensive for what this place offers.

I stayed from September 20–23. The stay was fine, but I’m still waiting for the release of a USD 45 security deposit after check-out. I’ve contacted the hotel and hope this can be resolved soon.

Not a great experience. TV didn’t work, rooms were to be cleaned every 2 days but not followed. Had to request a room clean three times in one day and still didn’t receive it. The only positive is close to a subway station 3 stops away from the city.

Caution: they will sell your room out from under you. There were several groups sleeping in the lobby who also had their room sold out from under them forcing them to sleep I noisy lobby. Also, no refund Front desk manager is not on property and can only be reached by email which goes unanswered.

This is the worst experience I have had In a hotel. The front staff barely speaks english, I requested NO room service and they did the room service, when I get to my room at midnight the DOOR IS OPEN. I went downstairs to complain and the woman didnt even know what I was saying, and said there were no supervisors. The whole trip the internet was off so no TV, they never fixed it, the rooms are the tiniest and nor very clean. The area doesn't feel very safe. They dont have dryers in the room, they dont even sell water bottles.

Place is great if you consider taking the subway everyday, it’s like 5min walk. Pillows were soooooo outdated and definitely need to be replaced, they were flat, worn out, and offered no neck support. I woke up with neck pain every day. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room, which was disappointing.
