OVERCHARGED! After checking in we realised the room had been downgraded and given a cheaper room type. Reception were really aggressive and rude. Eventually offered us an alternative, which was in a worse location.
Eventually spoke to manager who offered us an upgrade but without the view we had paid for, which I declined. I just wanted what I had paid for! Offered us a meal in the restaurant, which again we declined. Said I wanted a reduction as the room I was in was cheaper, so was told he would remove the resort fee and GIVE a free later check out.
The hotel is recently renovated,
however one of the lifts there were wires hanging were I assume the security camera should’ve been.
Hardly slept due to the noise, even had to call security as people were having an argument in the hall at 2am! (I say security- but basically a guy playing on his phone in reception with earbuds in…)
Eventually we checked out and I found I was still being charged the resort fee. Despite getting this checked and confirmed THREE times during our stay! Eventually I was told this was removed AGAIN! And that NO FEE for late check out would be charged!
I have now received my bank statement and I have STILL BEEN CHARGED despite having a receipt showing a lower value!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND
WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN
