Had an amazing stay and experience at this hotel. Even with the renovations, the hotel is only getting better and better. The staff effectively communicated with me via email which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the area!

The hotel is under construction so they do not have a restaurant or any sort of food. No blow dryer in the room which was odd to me. I stayed in a remodeled room which was decent. The water didn’t drain that great in the shower, but not terrible. I would like to see it when it’s completed and maybe my opinion will change. One thing to note, the guy at the door went out in the rain to find me a taxi which was beyond kind!! So he gets 5 stars from me for that!

Overall could have been great experience. Hotel has rooms with very spectacular views. I would put 5 star, but hotel end up double charging us for breakfast which also had very low quality. Staff at reception was misleading to say the least.... and phone call post stay also never helped. Fridge wasn't working in one of the rooms we have booked (minor for us), breakfast quality terrible (never should have taken), communication with staff, well let's say could be better (better to keep minimal if won't to avoid confusion), otherwise excellent place to stay. Loved: free water, laggage could be left longer for "free" even after checkout, room cleaning excellent, view from room fantastic, room amenities good, overall positive experience if excluding breakfast related part.
