Rooms were refreshed every day, the staff was extremely friendly, room service was incredibly fast when I requested anything, the rooms were very clean and the King room with corner view is a must! The location couldn't be any more perfect. We will be staying at this hotel when we visit NYC going forward.

I have to admit I was disappointed. The check-in process would have been far more seamless if the elevators were working. Because this property is located in an area where parking is limited, my husband parked while I waited to check in and go to our room. The lines to board one single elevator were so long that it was over 45 minutes before my husband reached the room and he only made it because a staff member scurried a bunch of very annoyed patrons into a service elevator. Also, no matter what setting the heat was on, the temperature kept rising and we could not sleep because it was so hot. Finally, unfortunately, our shower had very low water pressure as well. We expressed all of our concerns at check out and were told "oh you had the NICE room, have a nice day" so I sent an email requesting to be put in touch with the GM on the spot. The restaurant was eh, the quality of the chicken seemed to below my expectations. The short rib was so greasy that my husband just couldn't eat it, but our waitress Kendall was incredibly sweet along with the nice man that checked us in as well, he gave us 2 complimentary drinks. On a positive note, the staff was generally kind, this hotel is very reasonably priced, trendy, in an awesome location and has really breathtaking views!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I asked for extra towels and they brought me hours later. I asked for body wash and they brought me shampoo hours later. I never asked for an electric kettle and they brought me at 1am. I complained all about it via email and absolutely no reply. WiFi didn’t work at all.
