This was a great low maintenance hotel. There isn't a front desk, it's all on a self-check-in. There is someone there to help but it was pretty straight forward. There is not really any amenities, but we didn't need that because we were there just for the city. I did love the balcony and although the room was not huge it was perfect for 2 people and a roomy bathroom and good use of space. Great location as well!

My new Go-To Hotel in NYC !

This is my new go-to hotel in NYC. Great location. The Front Desk personnel are professional, helpful, courteous, and attractive. Rooms are clean and crisp, of good design. Enjoyed every minute!

My stay at the Hotel Park Avenue was the nicest hotel stay I have had in a really long time. The staff is wonderful and the service is great. You can check in on the iPads when you get in very easily for check in and also use it for check out. Every one that worked there was as nice as can be. I never write reviews but I really wanted to share what a nice experience it was at this Hotel. My mother is handicapped and the service we received was so kind.

The lobby is a little tight, but the employees are very nice & welcoming. Check in kiosks are mostly automated, guests access the computer terminals and check themselves in. It was an easy process. employees are available for assistance. And it was great that they automatically checked to see if they could check guests in early. Rooms are nice, clean & spacious for an NYC king room.

It's gonna be great!

Hotel is self check-in which is made for young people! Anyway, there was a member of the staff to assist us and all was good. I gave a downgrade to service because it took over 50 minutes for them to retrieve our car. Hotel restaurant is being remodeled so no breakfast. But the remodel of the room was super! Once the kinks are worked out this is going to be a very nice hotel that I probably won't be able to afford.

Wonderful hotel. Amazing location. Stylish, spacious and modern rooms. Great facilities, free Wi-Fi, full range of tv channels, lovely big bathroom and comfortable beds. All very clean and new looking , plus spotlessly cleaned every day by the amazing housekeeping staff. We had a fantastic time in NYC made perfect by this hotel for a family with two 7/8 year old children staying in a Premier Studio double bedroom. The hotel is ideally located for families as centrally located making it easier to walk around and the public transport. Thoroughly recommend.

My wife and I have stayed in many different hotels, in Manhattan, but we both agree that this one was the very best hands down. The service was impressive from check in to check out with the staff showing the utmost professionalism and friendliness. The staff even went the extra mile by providing a bottle of champagne to our room when I happened to mention that it was our wedding anniversary.
