When we arrived early morning (supposedly early check in was confirmed prior ) they had no knowledge of this and the time kept being pushed out for check in. Once finally checked in our room was nice advised we had received a room Upgrade but shower was a tub shower not enclosed like requested prior. This had been booked far out but not a deal breaker .

Great rate when booking through hotels.com. Clean hotel centrally located. Elevator experience could use some working on Waiting 5+ minutes regularly to go down or up. Seems like only 2 elevators went to those floors. Often times too full to accept more people when heading down to lobby. Otherwise check in and out was a breeze.

Dirty and Hot room both nights75-78' with no way of making it cooler as they only allow heat during winter months- the elevators were an absolute disaster. It would take 20-30 min to get up and down throughout our stay as only 1 car is running.
