There were limited dining options available, and the hotel's restaurant was not only very expensive but also lacked variety in its menu. As a Gold member, I was disappointed that the hotel did not meet its obligations or offer the expected benefits associated with my membership level.

Pros: Hotel was centrally located. Cabs were readily available. Lots of people coming/going. Elevators were quick. Cons: heater in room didn't work, pillows are too soft, windows need to be double or tripple pane (noisy on 20th floor) and hallway walls were falling drywall dust in several places.

The shower floor didn’t have a contained wall for the water to stay so it kept on running to the bathroom floor and was wet and slippery! You could hear people in the hallways so we couldn’t sleep! Extra $35 mandatory charge for you!
