Great location to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be in it if you want. The restaurant staff were very kind and attentive. The Concierge was lovely. I had to print my theater tickets and they were so helpful and friendly. The room was so comfortable and large in comparison to other hotels at the same price.

Pretty disappointed for price paid. Paid additional for skyline, city view. 12th floor is not skyline and room was very loud at night ( loose manhole cover did not help). No fridge, no coffee maker. Requesyed fridge, never got one. Front desk agent ask how my stay was at checkout. Stated how disappointed I was, she handed me the bill and told me to have a good day. Had no interest or care that I was not pleased. Great location, Most staff were friendly.

I am 54 years old and do a lot of travel. Stayed in room 805. This was the first hotel I have ever stayed in that i did not have a dresser to put your clothes in. Very strange hotel. Will not stay here again.

Stayed here for a business trip for 3 nights. Hotel was very clean. I was worried it might be dated as I am not sure it has been recently renovated, but it was fine and my room clean and crisp enough that not being recently renovated did not matter. The temp in the room was very comfortable and very quiet when heat or AC was running. I have had so many issues recently with 4 and 5 star hotels having crummy HVAC systems, it was nice to not have that be a problem. The hotel itself was also very quiet despite me facing Madison Avenue and being on a low floor. I travel to NY several times a year for work and this hotel is definitely going into the rotation for me.
