Rooms were super clean. Bed was comfy. The overall aesthetic was cool—the lounge had a great vibe and excellent music. Free coffee was good. Great location and friendly staff. My only critique is that I wish the bathroom had a fan. Otherwise, the experience was superb. I’ll definitely stay at a Pod hotel again!

Our room was extremely small and we were kindly offered a different, larger room, which we appreciated very much and were much more comfortable. The staff is great, friendly and efficient. The room was cleaned everyday, towels changed, and the cleaning ladies are outstanding. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not good, it is poor and there are not healthy options. The hotel is small, quiet and clean in general, very well located, walking distance from everything; the rooms are pretty renovated, good bathrooms, excellent sheet quality. A good alternative if you don't want to spend much in a hotel in Manhattan, want to be away from the crowds but near every attraction at the same time.

Clean room, customer service was out of this world-constantly stayed in contact via text before, during, and after stay. Staff was pleasant any time we were coming/going, the bar and restaurant were EXCELLENT. Drinks and food were great. Perfect location that was quiet enough at night to get rest, but quickly get to all the major hot spots in NYC! Also, close to the airport. Loved our stay!
