Worth it! Friendly staff.

Everyone at this hotel was so nice. Check in, check out and even the bartender were so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The rooms were small of course but we were adventuring and didn’t mind. Beds were comfy and shower was perfect.

I had a great experience staff was very nice and helpful, only thing is upgrade the clocks in room with the Bluetooth speaker, in my room it didn’t work but no issues I made it work!! Will book again

Better than expected experience. Room size adequate for two adults. They have several elevators so you can go up and down from your room with relative ease. Nice bar/lounge area on the lobby floor. Close, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the tourist filled areas of Times Square. Maybe consider adding more hooks or mini shelves around the room.

For solo business trip

This hotel is well located, close but not too close to Times Square. The room was small but well organized, quite OK for one person. The bed was comfortable but not sure if that would be the case for two people. The bath room was fine, with a large shower. Everything was clean. Would go there again for a solo business trip.

They must have a sewage problem. It smells like feces in every common area on every floor I have been to. The pungent fragrance starts at the entrance of the hotel and crawls up the building, chasing you all the way into your room. I get the rooms are meant to be small but there is no justification for poor cleaning and maintenance - I changed rooms and both showers had black mould all over the bottom. The windows of the room have shutters which are perfectly useless as it relates to screening sunlight. Bright and sunny in the room at 7 am, whether you like it or not. Location is great, and none of the hotel’s fault but this block seems to be a hot spot for junkies and homeless people. Staff was very nice, they somehow managed to keep a straight face despite the apocalyptic surroundings.
