The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds aren't the best, a bit soft. The staff are very friendly and all willing to help. Keep in mind that they only offer breakfast, which is very good; the buffet has everything you could want. There's a cafeteria, but it doesn't offer much. It's close to many restaurants and Times Square. Overall, it's good; I recommend it.

Room 2514, you need to replace the TV. The top 3 inches or so malfunction. The room darkening shades on the east windows do not overlap properly so therefore lots of light comes in during the mornings. Lastly, you get a little scotched in the shower every time someone else flushes a toilet in another room. Other than that, it was great.

Great hotel, our room was warm and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was quite busy considering it was January but they were very organised. The breakfast selection was wonderful. Would recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Great location. We walked everywhere. The breakfast buffet had EVERYTHING. we got there just as it opened and there were very few people there, but I understand it gets very crowded. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Riu Plaza New York Times Square. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room right away. It was my son’s first trip to New York, and we were lucky to get a room with a great view, which made the experience even more special. The room was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great. The location is perfect—just a 3–4 minute walk to Times Square. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and updated, The bathroom was especially nice. My issue is that it was 78 degrees in my room in February with no way to adjust the temperature. The thermostat was set to cool and high fan, and it was so hot and uncomfortable.
