Staff was so nice and literally a block from Times Square and all the Broadway shows. Everything no so sooo convenient and having a fridge, microwave, oven/stove and dishes was perfect for a child with food allergies where eating out isn’t an option.

Nous avons aimé les installations. La cuisinette était bien utile. Nous avions une chambre avec tapis et l’autre était rénovée avec plancher flottant. Nous avons eu des allergies. Je crois que c’est dû au fait que l’établissement est pet friendly. Nous n’avions pas de contrôle sur la température. Il faisait très chaud dans une chambre et frais dans l’autre. L’hôtel est vraiment bien située. Malgré les petits points négatifs nommés ci-haut, j’y retournerais sans hésitation pour le rapport qualité prix.

Location was perfect! We were in NYC for one night to attend a television taping at 30 Rock. It was a 2 minute walk from the hotel! Also, the price point was terrific compared to other hotels in the immediate vicinity. We were also upgraded upon check in to a one bedroom apartment which included a small kitchenette! We didn’t need it because of the brevity of our stay but would be quite helpful for those staying longer! All of the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Things to note: It is an older property so some of the decor could be replaced. Think ‘brown’. We didn’t mind but some might. You can’t control the temperature. It was a bit warm for sleeping. The restaurant directly next store is wonderful!!! I wish we would have had dinner there rather than where we had made reservations. The stairwell is just gorgeous!

What a delightful little place to call home for a few nights. It is absolutely worth the price given the location. If you run out of places to see in Time's Square, Central Park is a 20 minute walk away, and the trains to take you all over the city are a 5 minite walk or less. The kitchenette was clutch. If you didn't want to pay NYC prices for food every meal, you have an entire stove and oven and smallish fridge at your disposal. A cute little dining area, microwave, sink, etc. Really all you need. The bed isn't the most comfortable hotel bed, but it certainly wasn't uncomfortable either. Perfectly fine for a short stay. The bathroom was the perfect size. The noise from the location below does make it's way up to tbe room a bit, but it's quiet enough to tune out in my opinion. The staff was absolutely stellar. They gave us towels as soon as we called for them and let us hold our bags at the desk when we needed to check out, but our flight didn't leave for another few hours, so we had some time to kill. They were always so friendly to us when we asked questions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wished to have an affordable stay in an epjc location. Also, if cheap drinks are what you're after, go over a few blocks to Jimmy's corner. You'll be glad you did. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect stay for the night, would’ve been happy to stay longer! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, but it’s the location that sells it. Steps away from times square and theater district! The shower was a lil tricky but hey it’s NYC. Will definitely be back!

Hotel was really a great location to our Joe at Radio City and a quick subway ride to SoHo for some food & shopping. Place is very old but kept up with well and clean. Room was small and bathroom was smaller but that’s NYC for you. Was super inexpensive but the $250 deposit seems a bit much. The staff were very kind & pleasant.

Our room was cold; no way to turn up heat. Lighting in living space terrible. No floor or table lamps, with harsh bright ceiling lights only. Also we usually are supplied lotion as part of bath products but not here. No available information on the restaurant that connects to hotel, even though we asked about it.
