Overall Feedback: The only positive about this place is its location, being close to the MTA station. Key Observations: 1. Cleanliness: Acceptable but not impressive could be better. 2. Amenities: No in-room coffee machine; instead, they provide a voucher which must be redeemed at the reception, leading to long lines in the morning. 3. Area: The surrounding area isn’t very clean or appealing. 4. Parking: Very expensive, though that might be typical for New York. Summary: Overall, the value for money is poor. Given the price they charge, the property and facilities don’t justify the cost, aside from the convenient location.

I lived in Washington Heights for 20 years, I was excited to stay in a hotel near my old neighborhood. The room was like a prison cell, the restaurant was SO loud, the breakfast was non existent. The surrounding neighborhood was so limited with everything and at night I would never be outside alone. I would never stay there again.

Room was clean and good for a night stay. Bed was not the most comfortable but acceptable. This hotel is on a very business street and intersection so better to stay in a higher floor. Defective light switch, refrigerator light. Water leaked out of the shower and into the entry way of the room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Free drink coupons for the bar but drinks were very weak (more like kool-aid).
