The cleanliness of the property was decent, the location was good the price was okay. But for the amount of money I paid I expected a little more. At the time of check-in the front desk personnel told me that I owed $150 that was due at the property during check-in.... I told her that my booking receipt said it was going to be $75 so she switched it to the mount on the booking receipt. The room had a sun shade but it did not have curtains making the room very bright at night. The area around the hotel is very noisy. there was no turn down service at this hotel for the 5-day stay. We had to chase down the cleaning later for towels on several occasions. At one point they did not bother to put the towels in the bathroom they just threw them on the bed and they only took out the trash once. We found a baby cockroach crawling around the bathroom sink. To which I took photos off. The room locked mini amenities, there was no closet nowhere to hang the clothes, no ironing board, no iron, & no hair dryer. I asked the front desk regarding an iron, they let me borrow an iron but they said that they did not have or carry ironing boards. The hallway seem to be pretty noisy at night until early hours of the morning. We paid almost $700 for five nights, the price did not match the quality of service. This is not a chain hotel. it seems to be privately owned therefore they lack a lot of basic amenities. Very very basic. Definitely would not be staying here ever again.

Honestly this is a horrible place. Cranky people at front desk, pot smell filled the check in area because the front door was open while guest were smoking it right outside.. After check in we went out. When we came back our room smelt of strong cigarette smoke even tho it says it's a no smoking hotel. Front desk guy said no one was in our room, then where did the smoke come from?? Asked for extra pillows cause they only give you one, but the guy said no because it was late and the maids weren't there. Rooms were very small and very out dated. Just gross. Toilet seat paint was peeled. Dirty walls. Please don't stay here!

Room was okay but there were tears in the lamp shades and the main light above the door was not working. No plug for sink. Also, nowhere at hotel to get drinking water so had to buy it from convenience store round the corner as the water machine in lobby not working. Front desk staff could have presented a more helpful attitude.

It was great for the price, if you’re looking for a place just to crash while in NYC 👍👍. The room was very small but clean. It’s right near the subway so it’s only minutes to get into Manhattan and there’s a few restaurants around to grab a quick bite. But if you’re looking for high end with a lot of amenities this may not be the place for you.

This was a fine place to stay. In the listing they advertised the room as a King bed but it’s definitely a Double. It said there would be a coffeemaker which wasn’t true. Those things didn’t wreck or stay, but just tell the truth about what you offer. We had to ask for a second pillow and towel set, only 1 provided in a booking for 2 adults. We got a good night’s sleep and the location offers easy subway access.

the room condition was good for the price. Bed and bedding was the best, very comfortable/firm, 100 % cotton. Large TV in room but the internet was spotty, so only worked 50% of the time. Building and shared areas very dated. No coffee, microwave or fridge in the room. not the best neighborhood, but 5 minutes from the train station. Did not cleaned the room or picked-up the trash in 6 days. The AC controls were damaged, so the we had to shut it off.

I have had issues with my stay ever since check in. The first room that was given to me already had someone in it. I had to go back downstairs and get a new room. Then the new room had towels that looked like they were already used, a lamp that doesn't work, and a TV with no remote so we couldn't turn it on. So again my husband and I went back downstairs to ask for a remote and towels. No one ever brought new towels and we was told a technician would bring us a remote in the morning. We went downstairs at approximately 9:30 am and the worker at the desk had no idea a out our complaint. So the front desk people don't communicate. So she told us a technician would bring us a remote by the afternoon. My husband and I left the room and came back around 8pm and still the TV didn't work and no towels. So AGAIN we went back to the front desk and finally a technician was called. The technician came but couldn't fix the TV and just left. We were not given a new room until the last night of our stay. The staff was not helpful, accommodating, or friendly.
