We stayed in room 306 this weekend to visit while everything was decorated for Christmas in a 1bedroom suite. The room itself was ok, but the toilet was unusable. There was a wall within inches of the front of the toilet and I had to go to the lobby to be seated comfortably. I’m honestly unsure how the hotel gets away with being able to rent the room without an accessible toilet, I travel a lot and it was a first for me. During peak Christmas it runs 700-800 a night.

Conveniently located to where I needed to be, furniture in the room was significantly run down and scuffed. Facility charge is absurd…. My husband said they did have a nice gym. Room service screwed up my order twice….tho I understand the restaurant is actually independently owned
