I was impressed with the size of our apartment and enjoyed that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living room, so our kids who were sleeping on the foldout sofa bed could watch tv in the morning while we slept in a little. The midtown location was very convenient. The room was mostly clean, though there was a used tissue on the floor under the sofa bed when I pulled it out.

I've stayed here twice and it's been a good experience. The staff is very polite and helpful, the location is perfect. The only issue I had was in trying to fill the tub for a bath. The water was brown, dirty. Tried to re-fill, same thing. They moved us to another room and the same thing happened. I fiddles with the drain and found that there was brown gunk accumulated right below the shallow drain in the shower. So, not sure I'd stay there again knowing there is this level of gunk, maybe mold right there in the bathroom.

Did not try breakfast. Room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the heating units of the hotel. It was not a pleasant view. Room included the bare minimum, it was clean enough to stay. For the price we paid, I would not stay there again. Helpfulness of front office depended on the person on duty. Some were helpful others were not.

Location was much more convenient than I originally realized Staff was very helpful. However, their elevator system takes quite some time. If you’re not carrying a heavy suitcase, you can get some exercise on the stairs. I would definitely stay here. The price point is terrific in New York.
