The only thing I didn’t like the breakfast table was very small and the coffee maker was a lot a empty dirty cups and garbage around the area

The customer service was poor upon arrival. The clerk did not greet us when we entered the hotel. When we arrived to our room the room was muggy and had mosquitoes. We continue to move on from it. While getting settled we heard our door unlock, thankfully the chain was on the door. The clerk that checked us in,( his hair was in a bun) had given another guest access to our room. That’s VERY alarming, concerning, and most importantly a safety issue! A very much stressful situation to be in! All the clerk had to offer was that he was running off fumes and apology. Also, I had to request that he changed our PIN code so that the guest he gave it to would not have access to our room! Thankfully we were there when this all occurred, someone could have gotten access to our items and took them then what?! We should’ve been compensated for our stress! Lastly, these rooms do not have access to a safe and iron board and iron are only offered upon request. I would not stay at this hotel again!

Room was very nice with a full kitchen and good size bathroom. Staff was nice and the hotels a great location near Citi field, multiple malls and tons of food. Area is a little crowded/dirty but not the actual hotel.

Such a nice little hotel that was affordable and near so many local activities. The neighborhood and surrounding area was also very safe! I’d stay here again.

Came to Queens for a wedding. It was an easy bus ride(Q90) to hotel from Laguadia Airport. Hotel was right across the street from shopping center. We were able to walk around to many stores to shop and eat. Hotel was clean, continental breakfast on the roof and very nice front desk staff. Will return to Starlight when we visit NYC.

The room was as described, good for a one night stay. The bed did not have adequate bedding, no fitted sheet and only one flat sheet that barely covered the mattress itself.

Perfect for Solo or Couples

Had a 2 night stay at starlight hotel and it did its job. The inside of the room was clean and it had all the necessities we needed. It was simple but did its jobs. The room is on the smaller side, but still decent enough for a big luggage and walking room. The shower had towels, hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. There was also 2 complimentary water bottle. Overall, this was a good stay. I'd come back again.

This is an older property that did not have much room or amenities. The bathrooms were redone and very nice, but the rest of the hotel was just OK.

My flight was canceled and I booked the hotel last minute. I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and modern it was. The room was spectacular and I was able to enjoy a good nights sleep despite the circumstances.
