the room was very small, the queen bed is not queen, most likely a double, the washroom was tiny, only had 1 mirror and that was in the washroom, next door there is a Mosque, every few hours during the day, a loud speaker announcements were made. my room was on the road facing, lots of cars noise and horns etc. Parking onsite available for 5 cars maximum, first come first served.

The decor is nothing fancy. That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even called me on the morning of my stay to inform me that they had reserved a parking spot for me in the garage adjacent to the hotel. My room was small & spotless with a faint smell of cleaning products, and I enjoyed a quiet night’s sleep on a on a firm mattress. I would stay there again should the need arise.

Good little no-nonsense, clean, hotel with comfy beds, large room and nice bath. Very friendly staff. Downsides were no bedside table lamp so the lights were either completely on or pitch dark - not ideal for traveling with my mother when one of us wanted to read at night before going to sleep. No cable TV so no news channels (???) And the heating was intense - the room was at 79 degrees when we arrived and I had to turn it all the way off but the heating made lots of noise the whole time (we stayed in January). Also no restaurant. But it was a good location for us near family in Astoria, will definitely stay again.
