The hotel was exactly as described in the reviews we read. Lots of space, comfortable with friendly staff. Slightly outdated and a bit rough around the edges in places but overall a really good place to stay. The surrounding area was safe, and great to relax in, after a day out in NYC.

Nice size rooms, though just a little tired-looking. Nothing major needed, just a little tlc. Staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Good facilities and a great location. Quiet, clean and felt safe going to and from. A short walk from everything mid/uptown. Very glad we booked.

The Beekman Tower more than fulfilled expectations. Our suite was spacious, the kitchen appliances more than adequate, the 1 1/2 bathrooms a luxury. For a building nearly 100 years old, it is in very good shape. Particularly useful was the laundry room and the coffee machine. The neighborhood, in the vicinity of the UN, is particularly safe. Best of all was the desk staff which was among the friendliest that we have ever experienced in our many years of travel.

Great place! Loved it!

We did a two night stay in a queen bed apartment and both loved it!! We had a living room, kitchen with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge!! Everything was really great!! The check in process was quick and simple! The hotel also had an area for you to make your own complimentary tea, coffee, or hot chocolate and their gym was nice too. I’ll definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic well appointed apartments and updated amenities with full kitchen, good quality beds, nice gym, small but convenient business center and super friendly staff (every single front desk employee both daytime and evening are welcoming and helpful). Only one negative is laundry room, although very convenient, machines and overall laundry could use an upgrade. In general the hotel is quiet despite the busy rooftop restaurant.

Excellent apartment

We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our apartment at the Beekman. The bathtub was particularly wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast. The bar on the top floor offers spectacular 360 degree views. Highly recommended!
