Room was bad. There was pain missing or peeling in multiple places, exposed wires on the floor and electrical sockets with no covering at all. To top it off rust all over the bathroom.

- bugs in the shower - mold in the shower - so dusty. would wake up coughing. head hurting. - dirty bed sheets - was on the 10th floor but heavy sewer smell - dirty towels with stains and hair on them - shower gross - wallpaper peeling - paint bubbles - painted over mold - heater & ac doesn’t even work. thermostat broken. - sink slow draining - honestly might have bed bugs - room wasn’t properly cleaned there was hair in the shower, & on sink & floor at check in. sticky dirty floor. - hvac torn out - outlets didn’t work was very lose didn’t charge my phone it was stuck on same percentage - room phone wasn’t working - bed is absolutely horrible mattress woke up back & neck hurting. flat ahh pillows - front desk agent doesn’t answer phone - rude front desk receptionists

Dominican lady in the front desk is the best! Property needs make over and maintenance My room has water leaks on the roof and AC old pipes were exposed from old AC unit that was there before. Area where old AC was also not painted over. Patched it and that’s it.

Check in was quick and smooth. We politely asked if there was breakfast down here in the lobby, the response was abruptly given the response of “You can find breakfast outside”. The room was spacious. Quickly we realized that the top bunk on the bunk beds was certainly not safe for my daughter.. so flimsy. We just put the mattress down on the floor instead. Also, not a problem and moving on. It didn’t take long to discover that the shower drain had a bunch of bugs coming out of it. Like, a lot. We covered the drain with the ice bucket to prevent more from coming into the shower, shut the bathroom door and then notified the front desk. They apologized and said they would take care of it while we were away. Which they did. Smelled like bleach when we returned but no more bugs… until throughout the evening. My mother tried to prep the coffee pot for the morning and it wouldn’t work. Front desk stated they would bring us a different one right away, it never did arrive. That night, no matter how much we tried to get the radiators to work, we just couldn’t get heat. In the morning, we asked the front desk to please have someone look at it while we were at breakfast. Again, they never had done it by the time we returned in the afternoon. We asked the housekeeping lady for more blankets and she notified maintenance immediately that the heat was not working, he looked at it and told us immediately yes they didn’t work and we needed a new room. Instead they brought a space heater
