My first room would not open with the keys they provided to me. The hotel issued me 4 separate keys & none of them worked. In order to get into my room I had to have someone from the hotel escort me to open the door. Once I was actually in the room I was disgusted. The soap tray was falling off the wall in the shower, there was black mold in several places, & broken tiles in the shower & bathroom. that first night I went down several times to get new keys, after the forth time I asked for a new room. The person at the desk said no & made me feel like it was my fault that the keys weren't working and that I was asking for something ridiculous. It also took forever, because only 1 of the 3 elevators was working.
After the first night I went to the front desk with the morning crew to tell them about the situation. My partner & I had to walk down 10 stories after waiting for 15+ minutes & no elevator.
The morning crew were much more accommodating & issued me a new room. They asked me to repack & bring my things downstairs so they could move everything for me when the room was ready. With only 1 elevator it took forever to get back upstairs, then I had to carry all of our bags down the 10 stories.
The elevators kept breaking throughout our stay making it extremely frustrating. Then, on the last day there was no hot water in the shower, & the side table light kept falling off when using it. The only thing good about this hotel was the location. Worst hotel stay ever.
